Mold Making

At APT, we are capable of bringing your final design mold concepts to reality utilizing CAM software (Bob Cam, Master Cam, SurfCam). This electronic information is transferred directly to our CNC machining/turning/EDM equipment to duplicate the model in graphite, aluminum, or steel per your needs. Master moldmakers will craft your mold to the finished geometry utilizing state-of-the-art equipment (please see the equipment listing).

We manufacture molds for our injection molding operation as well as other molding operations. All of our molds kept in-house are serviced and maintained by our skilled and degreed technicians. We pride ourselves in upholding just in time and kanban standards of quality for our customers.
